Fiber Choice 10ct. -- $2.49 get 2.49 RR = FREE

Scunci elastics 18 pk -- $2. get 2 RR = FREE

Kelloggs Cereal -- 3/$10. get 3 RR - use $1. MQ= $1.33 per box

Walgreens Aluminum foil -- .59 with in ad Q

Chex Mix -- .99 -.50MQ= .49 cents each

Coffee Mate -- 2/$3. - $1.50/2 printable = .75 cents each

Spring Cleaning - Office Area

This week we were Spring Cleaning the Office Area. I got my desk area done!! I went through the drawers and threw out a whole garbage bag of trash!

It looks much better now!
I'm still working on my storage room, so I don't have any pics of it!
Hopefully I will get it done tomorrow!

Weekly Groceries!

After a week of not grocery shopping,
I was ready to get back in the game again!!

I went to Walgreens, Meijer, and Kroger...

Bread was the main thing I was low on,

so I stocked us back up on that!

My total was $46.29 oop

At Meijer I spent $18.02 on 19 items

At Kroger I spent $22.69 on 24 items (44% savings)

And Walgreens I spent $5.59 oop - 19 items

(used 19.77 on GC and will get $5.50 put back on GC)

So Total I spent $46.29 oop for 62 items (.75 cents/ item)

This means of my $55.00 budget, I have $9.00 left to buy meat!

I am hoping my local butcher is open this weekend.

2 Easy Recipes

Here are 2 VERY easy Recipes! I thought I'd post "easy" in case some of you still need a couple extras for Sunday's Easter Dinner!

Jello / Cool Whip Salad (or dessert)

I make the jello as usual and let it set up. I usually use at least 2 different kinds of jello and typically need 3 sm. boxes. You can use any kind you like.

Then I start with jello and layer the jello and cool whip (you will need around 12-16 oz. of cool whip).

It really helps if you have a nice glass container to put it in.

That's it! I'm sure you have all made this before, but sometimes we forget the easiest recipes!

Snicker Dessert

Make a graham cracker crust and spread in 9x13 pan. Bake as directed. You could also use a premade round graham cracker crust. (might need 2 round)

Make a 6 oz. box of chocolate pudding as directed. Let it set up.

After it's set up, then layer these 3 ingred. on the graham cracker crust....

chocolate pudding

5 chopped snickers bars

whipped topping (12-16 oz.)

In His Word Wednesday -- Prayer Request...

Hi everyone! This week I come with a prayer request. A great gal I went to church with growing up, Bethany, lost her mother to cancer last week. Her mom had a very long battle with cancer. She was such a great lady. I just want prayer for the family, I can't imagine how hard it must be.

If you read this Bethany, we're praying for you and your family. Hang in there, I know you know your mom's in an awesome place with a new perfect body. I also know that probably doesn't make it a lot easier, but please know we're praying for you!
