It's been reported that you do not have to spend the $10. and you will still get your rebate. Since the ad says you're supposed to I still think we should as to not take advantage of the program. You can use your own judgement! Thanks for letting us know!

There's a Rayovac coupon for $1 which would make the batteries free after coupon and rebate at http://tiny.cc/GkHfu. You need to enter 74016761 (not copy and paste) as the code, but you can print as many copies as you want as stated at http://tiny.cc/1DO3K.
Menards has an unadvertised Free item! You can get the Crayola Hannah Montana Cut N Create for free after a $5 rebate. Limit 10. posted about it here:

Too bad the Champaign, IL Menards says they won't accept internet coupons.
