Weekly Menu 3-16

Here's our Plan this week!

Monday--Tacos
***
Tuesday--Chicken, baked potatoes (make extra for Thurs.) , veggies, bread
***
Wednesday--BLT's with pasta salad
***
Thursday--Grilled Tilapia, twice baked potatoes, veggies
***
Friday-- Out or Leftovers
***
Saturday-- Pizza
***
Sunday-- Crockpot Lasagna

Did you know you could make lasagna in the crockpot? We actually like it better this way, it cooks down so nicely!

My recipe is simple (Crock pot lasagna)
1. break noodles into pieces then cook normally--not too soft

2. Mix sauce, 1/4 - 1/2 cup water, cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese, hamburger (cooked), and Parmesan cheese together in crockpot. ( you can add anything else you like in it) -- Just use the same amounts of everything you would normally use to make lasagna. I just eyeball everything.

3. add noodles and stir

That's it! since everything is already cooked, I usually do it on low for 4-6 hours. Enjoy!
