Cool & Easy Pie & Share Your Recipes!

Cool & Easy Strawberry Pie

This pie really was super easy and
absolutely delicious!
Hubby wasn't sure about it,
but after he tried it he was sold and wanted more!!

All you need is
2/3 cup boiling water
1 pkg (4 serv. size) Jello brand straw. flavored Gelatin
Ice Cubes
1/2 cup cold water
1-- 8 oz. Tub Cool Whip
1 Graham Cracker Crust

Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in bowl. Stir at least
2 minutes or until dissolved.
Then add enough ice to the 1/2 cup cold water to make it
measure 1 cup. Add it to the Gelatin mixture.
Stir until slightly thickened then remove any unmelted ice.
Add Whip Topping and stir with a
whisk until well blended.
Refrigerate 15-20 min. or until mixture is
thick enough to mound

Spoon it into the crust.
Refrigerate for 4 hrs. or overnight.
Serve with extra whip topping if desired!
Store leftovers in the fridge.

Enjoy a Cool, Light, and Delicious
Summer Treat!!

Yummy looking pie! I have made this before and I love doing it when fresh strawberries are in season because I chop some up and stir them into the pie too! :) Oh! I have done it with raspberry and peach too! :)

I linked a post I did a couple weeks ago it is a collection of many posts of my no bake/oven free desserts. :)

Enjoy your weekend!
