Well for the first time Shad had to go to the ER. Micah, his loving brother, slammed a door and it hit Shad right in the lip. It was a pretty big gash so off to the ER we went.
We were seen right away and in less than an hour we were out of there with 2 stitches in his lip. Here is the poor boy smiling away. He is such a tough kid he cried the 2 min. it took to stitch and then back to a smiling boy. He took no pain medicine afterwards and slept a full 12 hours last night! He's been completely crazy and full of energy today so I guess he is just fine!
BTW the Dr. gave the tools he used to Shad to take home is this odd or what???? It's been at least 4-5 years since we've been to the ER but it seemed a little odd to me, fill me in!!

Poor Shad! I'm glad he's not in pain or being a pain! I would assume it's (tools) a souvenir so he can always remember it!!!!!! Don't know! We've never been in the ER w/ one of our's (yet)! Hopefully we won't have too!
