Blueberry Waffles anyone????

Here's the recipe I used...
((made 5 waffles for us))
- 1 cup blueberries
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1-2 Tablespoon(s) sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Directions...
** Preheat Waffle Iron
**Beat egg whites until stiff - set aside
**Mix dry ingred. together
**Slowly stir in milk, beaten egg yolks, and melted butter
** Fold in blueberries
** Fold in egg whites (which were stiffly beaten)
**Put in Hot Waffle Iron
** Preheat Waffle Iron

I usually just eat waffles with blueberry sauce, but this recipe might just turn out to be my new favorite! I love blueberry pancakes -- but the crunch of waffles is the best. Now, I can have the best of both :) Thanks!
