My sister had a waffle cone maker for sale at our Garage Sale.
It didn't sell so I traded here some stuff and took it home!!
I wasn't sure if it would be useful or just another gadget
that takes up space in my small kitchen...
Turns out.... I LOVE IT!!!
What's better than a ice cream cone in the summer,
especially with a homemade waffle cone!!!!
And my favorite part...
It only takes 6 normal kitchen ingredients to make them!

Here's the recipe in case you're interested!
BTW -- Amazon has the waffle makers here...
Ingredients...
3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted and cooled butter
2 Tablespoons pure vanilla extract
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup all purpose flour
**Beat eggs-- add sugar and beat till smooth.
** Add cooled butter and vanilla
** stir in baking powder and flour
** drop onto hot sprayed iron
** wait 30-40 seconds or until light brown
It will come out flat-- just roll it up in a cone shape!
This recipe made me around 20 medium size cones or bowls.
I'm experimenting with using the waffle iron to make
homemade soft tortilla's. It worked last week and
hubby loved them. I'm totally making the recipe up so I
want to try it a couple more times before I share!
I'm pretty sure between tortilla's and waffle cones
this handy maker will get a weekly workout!!
Anyone else have one of these??
If so what else do you use it for??

So FUN!! I am interested how the tortilla thing works out. I just can't get mine how I want them..still trying! If it's portable enough you might have to bring this camping so you can share :)
