Early peek of a couple things I see for this week at CVS. It doesn't look like a great week to me but their are a couple things great for overage which for me means more free milk!!

This is how you can greatly use the overage at CVS to pay for you milk. I just got 2 gallons of milk for $1.00 And this is without any $$/$$ coupons!! YAY I love CVS!

Shad gets stitches

Well for the first time Shad had to go to the ER. Micah, his loving brother, slammed a door and it hit Shad right in the lip. It was a pretty big gash so off to the ER we went.

We were seen right away and in less than an hour we were out of there with 2 stitches in his lip. Here is the poor boy smiling away. He is such a tough kid he cried the 2 min. it took to stitch and then back to a smiling boy. He took no pain medicine afterwards and slept a full 12 hours last night! He's been completely crazy and full of energy today so I guess he is just fine!

BTW the Dr. gave the tools he used to Shad to take home is this odd or what???? It's been at least 4-5 years since we've been to the ER but it seemed a little odd to me, fill me in!!

Theses simple words remind me to never doubt. He is in control.
I need to work on trusting Him in everything and not to worry.

We're Home!!

We actually got home Monday at noon!!! I have been trying to dig myself out the the laundry hole!! I think I can actually see the light at the end of the laundry tunnel!

I think I even got all my 3 week of coupons clipped and filed! YAY

I should be back to blogging the deals next week.

We did have unbelieveable weather. We even complained a little that it was too hot. Hard to believe that's the problem in October. We had a great time but are GLAD to be home again!

I meant to get some beautiful fall pictures but of course never took the time to get any...maybe next year!

Well we are off tomorrow on a long 15 day trip. We will be at a craft show selling our goods. Check them out here...

Pray for safety and great weather. We will be camping so good weather is great for that and for the show.

I also will have NO INTERNET...yes you heard me right...NO INTERNET!! So this will be my last post for a couple weeks... And very little couponing. This will be my first weeks missed since I started couponing in March. I hope I can survive and Brooke please remember to get my papers!!!!

Dinner Meals

Here is our Dinner ideas for the next two weeks. I say dinner ideas because we will be leaving on Monday for a craft show and won't be back for 2 full weeks. So this is just the dinners I have planned. They will change and some won't get eaten because we will be here there and everywhere! But I thought I would still post even tho they're nothing special!!

grilled ham steaks, potatoes, beans, veggie

hamburgers, chips, carrots

tomato soup and grilled cheese

Chili

sloppy joes

grilled chicken, potato patties, beans, veggie

spaghetti in crock pot and salad

mac and cheese--I know this is impressive!!

leftovers of course!!

Well that's about it...what are you eating. I need some new ideas. Do you ever get stuck in a rut and it seems you make the same things on a 2-3 week rotation. I don't like to do that but I find that I do it a lot!!

Where's your focus...

I just saw this post at Centsible Savings a blog I read.

This is exactly where was at a few weeks ago, I found myself thinking about the deals way to much while hardly finding anytime for the Bible. This is in part why I started this blog. I wanted to make sure I was accountable to get as I call it my "Daily Dose" EVERYDAY.

I still have a long way to go and should be in my Bible much more. But I do feel that I am improving and I think that is what our walk with our Savior is all about.
