Beef Stew Crockpot Recipe

This isn't by any means an exact recipe...

You can add or change just about everything, But
it is a starting point!

1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1 can tomato soup + 1 can water
1/2 cup sugar (optional- I use a little extra!)
1 lb - beef stew meat
6-7 potatoes (med) -cleaned and cut in pieces (I don't peel)
1 package (1 lb) baby carrots
Salt to taste

Dump all sauces & water in crockpot and stir in sugar.
Dump everything else in and stir a little

Cook high 4-5 hours
Low approx. 8 hours

This made 2 Full Meals for us!
