Tuesday--Stuffed Chicken Valentino (minus the peppers), oven roasted potatoes, and veggies

Thursday--Spaghetti and meatballs, cheesy bread, and applesauce

Friday--Leftovers or Out

Saturday--Homemade Pizza

Sunday--Crockpot Beef Roast, potatoes, carrots--beans and applesauce

Our new recipe this week is the Stuffed Chicken Valentino. We're taking out the peppers. It sounds really good. I love cheese!! We're also trying a new oven roasted potato recipe. This one is similar to my other one but uses paprika to season.
