Crock pot Lasagna Recipe...
Cook noodles and hamburger... Throw it all in the crockpot, stir, turn it on! Seriously it's that easy!!!
okay here's a few details...
Break up your noodles and cook them. Put all the ingredients in crockpot until it looks good...
I use 32 oz of tomato sauce, 8 oz. cottage cheese, 6-8 oz motz. cheese, 3/4 cup parm. cheese, 1/3 lb. cooked hamburger, and 1/2 cup sugar (hubby likes it!). add 8-10 oz. cooked lasagna noodles.
**
These are all estimates and you can add anything you like in your lasagna. You really can't mess it up. Just make sure there's enough liquid. I usually add a little water at the bottom of each tomato sauce can. Probably 8 oz. total.
I cook on low or warm. Keep a close eye on low it only takes a couple hours.

ENJOY!!!

I will be trying that Crockpot Lasagna recipe! Especially if this heat keeps up around here!
Rest of the menu sounds really good too!

You actually don't have to cook the noodles. Fry your meat. Throw it in the crockpot, throw in your uncooked, broken up noodles, sauces, cheeses, etc. And they will cook and get soft in the sauce. EVEN EASIER!

That all sounds delicious, I'm glad you've got a bunch of crockpot stuff in here - we just got a crockpot and I'm looking for as much to do with it as possible! You should check out springpad's weekly meal planner - it's a great way to organize, collect and share your menus and recipes (like this: http://bit.ly/oFQc8) - I think you'll really like it!
