If it is the Red Wine Vinegary, I use in a sauce for Shredded BBQ Beef in the crock pot. I suppose it could be used over any type of meat b/c it basically creates a homemade BBQ sauce instead of a store bought one. Very yummy and can be frozen for a quick meal later.

It's a great tenderizer for roast and adds a nice kick of flavor too. I think I add about a 1/4C. If you add potatoes those pick up the flavor too.
If you make broccolli salad that mixed in for the dressing is yummy!
I put a splash in macaroni salad to wake up the flavor. I also use it in homemade sloppy joes made with catsup and it's great mixed with olive oil, garlic and cracked black pepper for a salad dressing.

I make roast, mac salad, and sloppy joes a lot! I'm sure this would add great flavor. I would have never thought of it!
I can't wait to try it in brocoli salad with my brocoli from the garden!! YUM!
