Meal Plan Monday

Here's another week of
meals for us!

Monday -- Pancakes and Smoky Links

Tuesday -- Meatballs (I'll be assembling 3 meals of this and freezing 2 of them!), potatoes, green beans, and applesauce

Wednesday -- Homemade Chicken Fingers with Oven Steak Fries

Thursday -- Spaghetti Bake with Homemade Italian Cheesy Bread

Friday -- Dinner with Family

Saturday -- Homemade Pizza

Sunday -- Beef Stew Meat in crockpot with potatoes and carrots (didn't use last Sunday had leftovers instead)
This week looks pretty mellow with nothing on the schedule!

I've already made the breadsticks twice and they were a HIT! The second time, I used Italian dressing on half the dough and Ranch on the other half. Both were yummy! Thanks for sharing that recipe.

Question about the meatballs - when making them ahead, do you cook them and then freeze them, or just make the meatballs and freeze them raw, then thaw and bake?

Good Question! I made them and froze them raw. Then just pulled them out to thaw and bake! Worked perfect!

Glad you liked the breadsticks!! I can't wait to make them this week... Good idea on the Ranch!

Thanks! I made a batch tonight and we loved the meatballs. I made a few changes - I cheated and used Kraft BBQ sauce, and I used ground turkey (from a Kroger sale a few weeks ago). I don't know what they normally taste like, but they turned out great even with the changes!
