1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
8 crushed Ritz Crackers
1 tsp. Seasoned Salt
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Mix together, form into meatballs, and put in crockpot
(It made 21 meatballs for me)
Next make the sauce
1 Can (20 oz) Pineapple (chunks or crushed)
1/2 cup water
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup packed brown sugar
3 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
Mix together and pour over meatballs
Cook on high 4-5 hours or low 7-8
I served with potatoes, green beans, and applesauce.
It would also be really good served on rice!
We thought it was a pretty good recipe.
We'll definitely have it again!!

And now for the REAL meatball recipe:
1 lb Bob Evans sausage
1 lb ground beef
1 egg
breadcrumbs
Mix well with your hands. Bake in the oven. Put in the crockpot with spaghetti sauce.
Sorry Megan, couldn't resist.
