In His Word Wednesday -- Joyful

Being Joyful is so important.
I know it's something I am continually working on... to make my house a joyful place to be. I fall short often but I really desire to be a joyful person!
Here are some verses I found...
Ps. 68:3
But may the righteous be glad and rejoice before God; may they be happy and joyful.
**
Ps. 100:2
Worship the Lord with gladness; come before him with joyful songs.
**
Hab. 3:18
Yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will be joyful in God my Savior.
**
Zec. 10:7 b
and their hearts will be glad as with wine. Their children will see it and be joyful; their hearts will rejoice in the Lord.
**
Romans 12:12
Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.
**
I Th. 5:16-18
Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus.
*******
The Zechariah verse stood out to me.
If we're joyful our children will see it and be joyful!

Now it's your turn! What has God been teaching you lately. Do you have a prayer request? Do you have a Bible verse that has stuck out to you? Even just words of encouragement. I would love to hear from you!

Have a Wonderful Day!

A relative of mine is at death's door on his hospital bed. Please pray that he'll hold on until he reunites with his family who are on the way back to Malaysia from abroad.

Thank you.

My internet would not connect yesterday!
Thank you for the reminder that our children our watching. We expect them to "deal" with things in life - need to make sure I am setting the proper example when I am dealing with something too!
